Dedication & Experience
Kiniw Management is led by its Managing Director, Boh Kubrakovich-Kiniw, who brings over 35 years of experience in coaching, management, and planning. He is dedicated to advancing sovereign nation development within First Nations across Turtle Island, and remains active in youth sports development and traditional tobacco growing. No matter the size of the work, the standard stays the same.
Project Management Approach
Kiniw Management applies a hands on project management method grounded in internationally recognized standards. The Nation leads the planning. Kiniw oversees schedules, tasks, risks, and reporting. All work is delivered using straightforward tools that strengthen Nation capacity rather than build long term consultant dependence.

Our approach is simple and direct. We bring a shed full of tools to every sovereign Nation we partner with. Our philosophy has always been bring your work boots and hard hat to work, and strive for excellence at every level.
In our toolshed, we use the following process while building capacity with any Nation:
- Project Charter, defining purpose, scope, roles, and success
- Workplan and Schedule, covering tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Budget Tracker, tracking planned versus actual spending
- Risk and Issue Logs, for identification and mitigation
- Decision Log, a written record of approvals and direction
- Project Packages, covering scope, cost, schedule, funding, and procurement readiness
- Monthly Status Reports, covering progress, budget, risks, and next steps
